5th grade Teamwork

Happy Thursday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we discussed multiplying mixed numbers. Problem set 120 was assigned and is due on Friday. Test on Friday.

Science/Health: Today we continued our discussion on Alcohol.

Social Studies: Today we discussed the first three amendments. We had some good discussions.

In Mrs. D's class we read the next section in Maniac Magee. We finished our PhD reports which they did very well on. Spelling workbooks were turned in and test is tomorrow. We also worked on cards.

In Mr. H's class we continued to watch Sarah Plain and Tall and we worked on some individual student choice reading. Spelling workbook pages were graded today. We worked on making cards as well. Test tomorrow in spelling

In Mr. P's class we read the story Mom's Best Friend with a partner and answered questions. We worked on spelling pictures due tomorrow. Spelling book and test tomorrow. We also made cards in class and continued to work on our End of the Year Projects.
